Alkaline increasing foods include naturally non-acidic ones such as bananas, steak and other read meat, sweet corn, sausage, and yellow lemons. It is very important to keep in mind that you maintain a proper balanced diet and don’t over eat alkalizing foods in your quest for to conceive a boy. To look at an example, red meat is often the subject of much debate and many health officials recommend it be eaten in moderate amounts. The other issue to pay attention to is the salt levels in foods you consume so if you go out for steak, be conscious of how much sodium the sauces have.
